French Toast with Peaches and Goat Kefir Yogurt

2 pieces bread
one egg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup milk
fresh sliced peaches
goat kefir yogurt or goat chevre

Crack a free range egg onto a plate. With a fork, stir the milk and cinnamon with the egg. Put 1-2 TBSP olive oil in a skillet and turn burner on medium to medium-high. Dip both sides of the bread into the egg/milk/cinnamon mixture, and cook for a few minutes until browned on one side, then flip to the other side and cook until browned. When it's done, serve with fresh peach slices and a large dollop of goat kefir yogurt or goat chevre. Pour about 1 to 2 TBSP of pure maple syrup on top. Serve with fresh goat milk.

You can serve with fresh blackberries instead of peaches.
