Orpingtons

The hen on the left is a Buff Orpington. The hen on the right is a White Rock.

The hen on the right is a Buff Orpington. The hen on the left is a White Rock. For some reason, White Rocks and Buff Orpintons tend to hang out together while free ranging.

The Buff Orpington was developed by William Cook of Orpington, County of Kent, England. Originating in 1886, Orpingtons were first brought over to America in 1890. They were first admitted to the APA in 1902.

We are currently NOT selling purebred Orpingtons.
