Although at Three Willows Ranch we can ship many products to anywhere in the nation, two products we currently do not ship are birds and chicken coops. All livestock orders must be picked up (not shipped). We are located in Walterville, Oregon near Springfield and Eugene in Lane County. For deliveries in and near Lane County, please contact us for delivery costs.

How To Order

Many of our products may be ordered online without contacting us and paying by PayPal or by check, but some of our products (especially our larger ones) will not show a shipping cost due to the many warehouses which ship out our products. You will need to contact us via e-mail or by phone at 541-747-9296 to find out a shipping quote on those products. We prefer not to charge a flat shipping fee for those items because some people live closer or farther from the warehouse than others.

Our Poultry policy

1. On poultry orders, we must receive the full payment before the birds are picked up or hatched.
2. To prevent illness in our flocks and herd, we do not allow visitors to enter our coops, barns, etc.
3. On chicken orders, we allow 1 week for pick up. After 1 week we charge 5 cents a day for each chick under the age of 1 month, 20 cents a day for each chick between one ond 3 months of age and 50 cents a day for hens or cocks above the age of 3 months.
4. If birds have not been picked up 3 weeks after the set pick up date, we will not refund your money, and we will resell the birds because of the cost of feeding and caring for them.
5. On duck, goose, and turkey orders, we allow 1 week for pick up. After 1 week we charge 50 cents a day for each hatchling under the age of 1 month, $1.00 a day for each hatchling between one ond 3 months of age and $2.00 a day for bird above the age of 3 months.
6. On cancelled orders within 2 weeks after the order is placed, we will return 10% of the money.
7. We reserve the right to choose who we sell to.
8. We accept payment by checks in the mail, credit card payments by phone, or you can make your payment online through Paypal. When purchasing in person, we will accept cash.
