Deluxe Stainless Steel Pasteurizer will process 4 gallons/16 liters of milk to a temperature of 156F/70C in about 1 hour. Inlet and outlet hoses fill the water bath which is sealed against any contact with the milk and which provides a constant and gentle heating function. The water bath may be flushed with cold water to stop the heating process. A timer, thermostat, audible signal and light provide security against over-heating or under-heating of the milk. Instructions included. 120VAC, 1800 watts. Wt. 26 lbs.

Our 2 gallon capacity Milk Pasteurizer uses the same principles of pressurized heating and vacuum-sealed cooling found in the best commercial pasteurizers. Thermostatic controls ensure preservation of natural flavor while eliminating all harmful bacteria. Our Pasteurizer works by heating the inner milk container in a hot water bath to a preset temperature of approx. 158 degrees at which time a buzzer sounds. The hot water is drained off and cold water is circulated to cool the milk. Pasteurizer comes complete with inlet and outlet hoses and instructions.
